STOCK STORAGE


Dedicated Undercover Stock Storage

  • Dedicated high roof undercover stock storage rooms are available in the main Export Centre 1 building, adjacent to the workshop and container loading bay for easy loading and the minimisation of handling.

  • The entire ground level area of the Export Centre 2 building is a dedicated undercover stock storage area.


Vehicle Storage

  • Concrete sealed open storage is available for vehicles prior to dismantling at Export Centre 1, with additional storage available at our holding yards.

Dedicated stock storage areas mean you can collect enough stock for full shipments and store your stock between shipments.


CONTAINER LOADING BAY


Custom Designed Container Loading Bay for drive-in ground level under cover loading, which means:

  • Faster Loading saving you time and money.

  • Direct Access from the dismantling workshop which means less handling and less chance of stock damage.

  • Your stock is Stored and Loaded Under Cover which means no water damage during rainy day loading. Remember, stock that gets wet while loading can mean your container gets infested with smelly mildew during transit. At best you have a cleaning and biosecurity problem. At worst some stock - like seats - can be permanently ruined.

  • More Packing Options for a higher load factor and the lowest landed costs. Some packing options are just not possible with elevated containers or sloping access ramps.

HEALTH & SAFETY


For the health, safety and comfort of clients and team members:

  • BISHAMON® hoist with Ratchet Safety Lock for safe working under vehicles.

  • TOYOTA GENEO® forklift with System of Active Stability™ (SAS) for maximum operator safety. All vehicle lifting forklifts have Custom Long Forks for carrying vehicles lengthwise for ease of handling and workplace safety.

  • MEIJI® high capacity compressor remotely located for a quiet working environment and protection from hearing injury.

  • No Naked Flames to prevent fire risk.

  • Mandatory Eye and Ear Protection for cutting.

  • Fully Illuminated Night Loading of Containers is available for better worker comfort and safety inside containers during summer. Daytime temperatures inside containers can exceed 50 degrees Celsius - 120 degrees Fahrenheit. OK for a sauna. Not OK for a workplace.

  • Loading Containers at Natural Ground Level to avoid the safety risk of elevated loading. No more slippery, dangerous loading ramps or falling from an elevated container.

Which means maximum security for your stock in storage!


ENVIRONMENT


For your peace of mind:

  • We have a Work Clean Policy. All fluids are captured and any spills are contained and cleaned immediately.

  • All Automotive Fluids are collected and disposed of properly. Used oil is collected and processed by licenced oil recyclers. Used coolant is evaporated in our solar system.

  • Air Conditioning Gas is recovered by ASADA ECO-SAVER R50® and reprocessed.

  • End of life Tyres and Batteries are collected for reprocessing and recycling.

  • Metal Scrap is separated and processed for recycling.

  • Food Waste is thermally treated by Panasonic RecyclerTM and used on site as garden fertiliser.

  • All Other Waste Streams from the TS EXPORT CENTRE - paper, glass, plastic, PET bottles, cardboard etc - are separately streamed and recycled.
