The billing system is simple, transparent and efficient. Your stock and freight forwarding fees are billed at cost and a flat service fee is charged per vehicle or stock unit.
This means you only pay for the services you require. And PAY AS YOU GO PAYMENT TERMS smooth your cashflow. This means that you can use your current sales to invest in stock for your next shipment for ongoing profits.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
Freight forwarding fees are billed at cost and you receive your own copy of the freight forwarders account for verification.
This account clearly itemises the charges such as Japanese Customs Clearance Fees, Ocean Freight, Container Drayage, Terminal Handling Charges etc.
This means you you have genuiune proof that what you have been billed is the actual cost of freight forwarding and shipping services.
TIP! Most exporters add a margin to freight forwarding services. Ask your current exporter to provide you with a copy of your freight forwarding account and compare the amount on the account to what you have actually been charged.
TRADING ACCOUNT
Your personalised TRADING ACCOUNT provides you with an ongoing record of all credits and debits to your account. Every time you make a remittance or buy something this is clearly itemised line by line. Which means:
- Streamline your accounting with instant access to EVERY purchase and payment at your fingertips in a single spreadsheet. No more incomplete records because of mis-placed remittance slips and invoices. Invoices are provided on a per vehicle or container basis as part of the shipping documentation provided to you.
