The nearest international ports to our Himeji operating base are Kobe and Osaka.These ports have been designated a Super Hub Port by the Japanese government, which means an even better shipping frequency - get your stock even quicker - and with even lower port taxes.

For cars and other stock sourced in other parts of Japan we can arrange for shipment from the nearest suitable port to minimize internal freight costs.

If the Japanese port has a service to your destination port we can normally arrange shipping from that port.

You have a variety of shipping options available so you can select the shipping option that best meets your needs.

Roll-on Roll-off from the nearest international port, containerisation at the port, containerisation at our Export Centre or containerisation where the stock currently lies are all possible options.

The best option will depend on your particular needs and the nature and current location of the stock being shipped.

When you set up your account with us you give us your shipping instructions with any special preparation requirements you have. We will double check with you again prior to booking the shipment.

Yes. You can mix different stock types in the same container.

For example a single container may combine a whole car, front half cuts, tractors, forklifts, body shells and parts. This is one of our specialties and can greatly improve the load factor of the container, which means more profit in your pocket.

Our open system gives you the Best Available Shipping Rates at Actual Cost (not cost plus margin) and you receive Written Verification which means you have actual proof that you have only had to pay what we have paid on your behalf.

We can ship to any port that a service is available. Not all services shown will have available capacity. While Ocean Schedules shows services from over 20 shipping companies, not all are shown. For services not covered by Ocean Schedules go directly to the shipping company website.

We upload the tracking details of your shipment directly to your Client Portal as soon as these become available so you know where your shipment is and when it will arrive. This means you can plan for the receipt, unloading, transport and storage of your stock.

Vessel Tracking for Roll-On Roll-Off Vessels and Container Vessels is available at Marine Traffic and Fleetmon.

Depending on your shipping company you can track your container shipment at APL Tracking, CMA CGM Tracking, K LINE Tracking, NYK Tracking, MAERSK LINE Tracking, MSC Tracking, COSCO Tracking, DELMAS Tracking and Vanguard Tracking.


To track container shipments for multiple companies you can use Track-Trace or Freight Forum or Logistics Portal or Sea Rates.

You can input either the Bill of Lading number, Container number or Vessel name. The Bill of Lading number is available from the electronic version of the BoL which we send you. The Container number is visible from the container door on the photos which we send you if the container was loaded at our Export Centre. The vessel name appears in the booking details we sent when the job was booked.

Copies of documentation are uploaded to your personal Client Portal as soon as the shipment departs and all documentation is available. This lets your customs broker prepare documentation for the local customs clearance.

Original documents are sent by Registered Airmail or EMS upon settlement of all outstanding accounts. We then send you document tracking details so you know exactly when the documents will arrive.
